You applied for a position with us as a solar consultant.  Here are the next steps for your application to be considered.

 Thank you for your interest in the posted position.  I am a member of the recruiting department for the company represented in the post. Please read this message and follow the listed steps carefully so that we can make sure your application is handled smoothly.  All our projects are currently in the United States. but since this position is entirely remote, it is not necessary that our consultants be residents. 

Watch the video below and fill out the form after the video for the next steps. If possible, watch the video on a computer.  Some mobile devices do not display the form at the end properly.

After watching the video, if you believe you are a suitable candidate for our company, then complete the online application that will pop up. Press the submit button to receive an orientation invitation via email.

 You will be guided to sign up through Calendly for a spot in a group orientation Zoom call with our director, Ed Ayala.  These calls are held Monday through Friday at 11 am PST and last about 90 minutes.

For me to assist you in your steps to success, please send a text to me at YOUR NUMBER with your full name, the state or country you live in, your phone number, and the email you are going to be using to contact me.

Then log into your email account and send an email to YOUR EMAIL.  Please type “Phase 2”, in the subject.  In the body of the email, confirm you have sent me a text, the time slot you have chosen for your group orientation Zoom call with Ed Ayala, what it is that attracts you to this opportunity, and why you think that you would be a good fit for us. 

If you are not able to make the Zoom call at the Mon – Fri 11 am PST slot due to your current employment situation or other factors., please let me know and we will make other arrangements.  Experience would help, but it is not a requirement.  You must however be a coachable individual. 

If you have questions, please text me directly at YOUR NUMBER.  You can also leave a voicemail if you would like, but the information in the text message that you will send allows me to guide you through the application process and helps me to be efficient in my time management.
